Welcome to Paw Health Pro ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paw Health Pro website, applications and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
Paw Health Pro provides tools to record and organize health-related information for your dogs, including profiles, weights, vaccination details, conditions and allergies. The Service is provided for personal record-keeping and organizational purposes only.
3. Not veterinary or medical advice (AI disclaimer)
Paw Health Pro is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Any informational content, suggestions, summaries, or automated/AI-generated insights provided through the Service are for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, advice or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health of your animal. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or generated within the Service. You rely on any such content at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis across three tiers — Pup ($9.99/month), Pack ($18.99/month) and Kennel ($27.99/month). Each subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and the payment method on file will be charged the applicable monthly fee. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate, current billing information.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except as described below or as required by law.
6. Refund policy
Because every plan includes a 7-day free trial, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (c) interfering with the operation or security of the Service; or (d) using the Service to violate any applicable law.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and images you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event will Paw Health Pro, its owners, employees or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paw Health Pro from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paw Health Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
