📱 How do I change my subscription plan?

Visit your Account Settings, go to the "Billing" tab, and click "Manage Subscription" to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

🐕 Can I add more dogs to my account?

Yes! Your dog limit depends on your subscription tier. Upgrade to Pack (3 dogs) or Kennel (6 dogs) from the Pricing page.

🤖 How does the AI Health Assistant work?

Our AI uses your dog's profile and symptoms to provide general health guidance. It's powered by OpenAI and trained on veterinary knowledge, but should never replace professional vet care.

💳 When will I be charged?

You get a 7-day free trial. After that, you'll be charged monthly on the date you signed up. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings.
